The Pansat 9200HD PVR is Pansat's flagship fifth-generation High Definition FTA satellite receiver. Sporting a ARM926 processor (CPU Clock 280MIPS), the Pansat 9200HD PVR is a faster, more efficient version of Pansat's original 9000. The Pansat 9200HD PVR offers crisp High-Definition resolution, a USB 2.0 port and an eSATA port for external HDD to support external Personal Video Recording (PVR).

The 9200HD's Standard Definition/High Definition dual tuner inputs (Satellite & Terrestrial) can display Standard Definition/High Definition tuners display MPEG-2 and MPEG-4 AVC/H.264, which provides good picture and sound on High-Def channels, plus Watch-and-Record capability for Personal Video Recording. With the Pansat 9200HD, you can capture both satellite (QPSK) and off-air (ATSC) HDTV reception.

The Pansat 9200HD PVR's handy front-panel USB 2.0 port let you connect an external USB hard drive to record your favorite satellite TV shows or a USB multimedia device for MP3 or JPEG playback. You can also plug in a USB flash drive to update Pansat manufacturer software bin files. Or connect your personal computer via the USB port or the traditional RS-232 serial connector. And the 9200HD ships with a free 64MB flash stick!

The 9200HD includes a great suite of component outputs, including S-video and S/PDIF for digital audio, HDMI outputs, Component, and Composite — 3 RCA output for Video, Audio L/R and 3 RCA Composite Video Output (Y, Pb, Pr).
